After spending more than 35 years in the United States, where she built a diverse professional career in residential property management and entrepreneurship, Johanna returned to her Dominican roots and chose the prestigious Puerto Plata–Sosúa region as her new home.

Her professional journey has been defined by an entrepreneurial spirit, a strong commitment to excellence, and an innate ability to connect with people. Her background in residential property management provided her with extensive experience in client relations, property operations, negotiation, organization, and the many details that contribute to a successful real estate experience.

Johanna also pursued studies in Psychology at Medgar Evers College in New York, further strengthening her understanding of human behavior and the importance of listening carefully to each client's individual goals and aspirations. Her entrepreneurial experience, including owning and operating her own beauty salon, has further shaped her approach to business—one centered on personal attention, trust, and an unwavering commitment to exceptional service.
